Multi-bathroom homes set Coquitlam's hot-water bar: three or four bathrooms on Westwood Plateau or Burke Mountain can empty a standard tank before the second shower ends. We size and install high-recovery tanks and properly rated tankless systems across Coquitlam — sized to simultaneous demand, not floor area — with the gas and electrical work done in-house.
Coquitlam specifics we plan for
Tankless sizing matters most here: a unit that handles one shower fine will deliver lukewarm water when two run with the dishwasher — the number-one tankless complaint, and always a sizing error. We size from your actual fixture count and winter water temperatures, so the endless-hot-water promise actually holds.
