Chilliwack sees the region's coldest snaps and its furnaces log the most hours — Sardis, Promontory and Garrison homes heat longer and harder than anywhere else we serve. We repair and replace furnaces across Chilliwack sized to its true winter design temperatures, keep rural shops and outbuildings warm, and back it with 24/7 emergency response, because a January no-heat call here can't wait for Monday.
Chilliwack specifics we plan for
Promontory's hillside homes pair view glazing with elevation exposure — winter loads that punish undersized equipment — while Garrison and Sardis new builds are reaching their first major service window. Rural properties round it out with shop heaters and propane work we fold into the same visit.
